Making a Difference in a Young Person’s Life

The Rainbow Room

The Rainbow Room is our location for the 3 years and younger group. The program consists of songs, stories, snacks and play time. Youth take turns leading in the Rainbow Room.

Ages 4-12 

We use the  Seasons of the Spirit for our Young Disciples Program.  The children explore the same scripture used in the worship service from different perspectives or angles, eg. drama, art, cooking, music.

Our Young Disciples Leaders are adults from our congregation who have the joy of building a relationship with the children in their group. As a Leader you make a big difference, through your words and actions you communicate our love for them; you are an extension of God’s love.

Leaders are the folk who lead the activity and help the children engage the Bible story through that particular activity. We need leaders who have gifts or skills in many areas for example: cooking, sewing, carpentry, crafts, drama, art, storytelling, music.

Youth – Grades 7-9

Presently our youth, grades 7-9, gather as one group on the last Sunday of the month. They are encouraged to participate in Worship Services and in service to the mission of Christ in our community.
